Eligible Singaporeans only need to pay the following amounts for the range of nationally recommended vaccinations at CHAS GP clinics, after government subsidies:

• Eligible Pioneer Generation cardholders: capped at $16 per vaccination dose
• Eligible Merdeka Generation, CHAS Blue and Orange cardholders: capped at $31 per vaccination dose

Home Recovery Program with Healthsprings during Covid Pandemic

It has been two years into the COVID-19 pandemic and there are still daily infection cases being reported every single day; many wondered when this will end. In Singapore, we had lockdowns, circuit breakers, vaccines and disputes about how we can all move forward and live with the virus – being an endemic city. The healthcare system in Singapore was being overwhelmed by the rising COVID-19 cases as more resources were being used to accommodate the COVID-19 patients previously. Fortunately, the situation is slowly recovering to prepare everyone to live with COVID-19.

It was indeed very challenging for the healthcare workers during that season to keep everyone safe but nonetheless they are still doing an amazing job in handling the situation. Their effort is definitely commendable.

Since last year, Healthsprings has partnered with the Ministry of Health (MOH) to support the healthcare system. We were under the Home Recovery Program and handled many cases like report sick cases, assessment cases, chaser cases and follow-up cases. Day in and day out, our faithful healthcare providers and doctors work doubly hard to ensure that local hospitals and clinics are able to manage.  We provided teleconsultation, had healthcare providers attending to stay-home patients and delivered them medicines when needed.

Although there is always a consistent flow of patients coming in, everyone here has been trying our best to keep our spirits up to fight this virus together to keep the people around us safe and sound. It may be inevitable to get this virus but we are always here to assist and get our patients back to health. It was a heartwarming experience to see how thankful our patients were and we were glad to be part of the program to help patients of all ages from as young as a toddler to elderly.

This is a laborious yet meaningful part of our work that we wish to document down and share with the public. We give credits and thanks to all who had contributed and were part of this amazing process. Let’s continue to strive towards building the healthcare system of the future to bring better services and help to all.
